Jessica has been with Village Green since its inception in 2020. She started her career in assisted living in 2013 doing hands on nursing and has since moved into healthcare management as Executive Director at Village Green.
Jill Minelli
Director of Sales and Marketing
Jill is instrumental in assisting prospective residents to feel comfortable and confident in their decision to transition to their new home at Village Green.
Careena Regan
Director of Memory Care
Careena has been with Village Green for years and brings a high level of knowledge in the market to Village Green. Her kind and compassionate manner makes communication easy for residents and families. Should our residents and families have any issues or conflicts, Careena resolves conflicts in a timely manner.
Ralph Delustro
Director of Culinary Service
Ralph has over 20 years of experience in the customer service and hospitality industry. He has been a Culinary Director and Executive Chef for 25 years, serving delicious, wholesome, and gourmet meals with a smile to our residents.
Sarah McNicholas
Case Manager
Sarah has been with Village Green since its inception in 2020. She is a New York State-certified therapeutic recreation specialist. She thrives on resident engagement and participation. Most of all, Sarah finds comfort in keeping our residents engaged in the eight signature dimensions of well-being.
Tonya Digiacomo
Director of Life Enrichment
Tonya has been with Village Green for years, starting first as a Lead Care Specialist and Life Enrichment Assistant. At the start of 2025, she transitioned into her new role as Memory Care Director.
Jose Canales
Director of Plant Operations
Jose has been working in assisted living for years and is instrumental in keeping the community and residents living in a clean, safe environment. It’s Jose’s eye for detail that keeps the community looking extraordinary.
Jennie Trampakoulos
Director of Business Office
Jennie has been with Village Green since its inception in 2020. She started her assisted living career as a nurse 10 years ago and has moved seamlessly into her new position as our Business Office Manager. Jennie brings a level of accuracy and compliance to the community and keeps our community well-maintained.
Jennifer Hansen
Director of Health Services
Jennifer has been with Village Green since its inception in 2020. She is a Registered Nurse with over a decade of knowledge and experience. She ensures all New York State regulations are followed and care for the residents is provided with compassion and empathy.
