Programming designed specifically for those with dementia is key in memory care. Memory care focuses on promoting physical and emotional well-being and prolonging daily functioning. Our 8:1 resident-to-staff ratio ensures fewer residents per staff, thereby allowing us to better serve residents and help them maintain a sense of purpose, satisfaction, dignity, and quality of life.
3 What do you do to ensure memory care residents are safe and taken care of?
We provide 24-hour security, scheduled housekeeping, interior and exterior maintenance, scheduled local transportation, and secure rear-building parking. Each floor plan is retrofitted with safety features to ensure residents are protected and healthy. Our recreation-therapist-certified staff hold a degree in higher education and have extensive experience in their field.
4Can residents bring their own belongings?
Most definitely. Part of our service to you is to help enable you to make our Village your village. We encourage residents to bring their cherished belongings with them to make themselves feel at home. Whether bringing your favorite plant, pet, or household furniture, we want you to feel that our Village is home. You’re invited to make it yours!
